Independent researcher and translator. She won the Muriel Award two times for her outstanding translations of Ghost in the Shell and Zpráva pro Adolfa (Message for Adolf). She translated the vast majority of manga that was published by a Czech publisher "Nakladatelství CREW".
She's the co-author of "Planeta Nippon" and "Made in Japan: Eseje o současné japonské popkultuře (Essays about the current Japanese pop culture)".
