Magdalena Tomaszewska-Bolałek is a Polish journalist & culinary book author, translator, food studies scholar and oriental culture expert. She graduated in Japanese Studies, Fashion Management, Journalism and Social Communication, and a course in food chemistry at McGill University in Canada. In 2014, she defended her doctorate on culinary culture. Currently, she is engaged in research devoted to forecasting trends, history of cuisine, neurogastronomy, culinary tourism, food anthropology and diplomacy. Over the years, he has spread the nutritional culture at meetings, lectures and culinary workshops. She has also translated many works from Japanese to Polish.
