Makoto Kobayashi is an illustrator, mechanical designer, mangaka, modeller and anime director. He has worked on Kidou Senshi Zeta Gundam and Kidou Senshi Gundam ZZ, one of his more famous creations from there is the RMS-108 Marasai.
