Kazumi Yamashita is a Japanese manga artist who debuted in 1980 in Weekly Margaret magazine. She was initially active in shoujo manga magazines, but later moved to the seinen magazine Morning. She gained popularity there with her manga Tensai Yanagisawa Kyouju no Seikatsu, which started serialization in 1988. She is also well-known for her manga Fushigi na Shounen and Land. She received the 25th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize's Grand Prize for Land in 2021.
