Mayoi Ayasato

Heir to a prominent family of spiritualists, Maya is Phoenix's obligatory perky sidekick during all three games. Optimistic, curious, and excitable, Maya is a fan of all things Steel Samurai and while not the brightest, she does her best to assist Phoenix. Maya grew up in Kurain, training to be a spiritual medium. She is destined to become the heir to the village after her mother's disappearance and sister's departure. Despite her sister's departure, they remain close. Maya's spiritual powers are still somewhat underdeveloped, and she has trouble calling spirits sometimes.
