Chiyo Yumehara

A romantic and dreamy girl who easily falls in love with boys. She originally has a crush on Kusuo and tried her best to appeal to Kusuo. Kusuo in turn rejected her as hard as he could with his PSI powers. Kusuo even went as far as hooking her up with someone else but the relationship abruptly failed. She later develops a crush on Kaidou after he saved her from the unwanted attention of some guys at the beach.
