Wilhelm

Wilhelm is Prince Ludwig's servant. He has known Ludwig since they were children. Being Ludwig's servant, Wilhelm has to be able to tolerate certain things from the prince. Such as being forced to carry heavy luggage, dragged along for sudden trips and randomly being held at gunpoint. It can be said that his patience and meekness keeps him with his master.He fills the role of the most prominent comic relief of the manga. Honest and soft-hearted Wilhelm is too nice for his own good. As a child, Wilhelm wanted to be a knight but was too gentle. The adults around him would make it so that he would be stuck doing all the hard work. Ludwig took advantage of his kind heart and make Wilhelm a servant, partly to prevent others from ordering him around. Wilhelm is the prince's only friend and the only one who understands his lonely life. He was named after Wilhelm Karl Grimm.
