A young assassin hired by Lord Reiden to assassinate Kashburn Licen. For that purpose, he has been hiding in Licen's mansion where Alicia spots him while wandering. Due to his playful attitude, he seems to have taken a liking of her soon and hasn't seemed very bothered by being discovered.
