Kanata Kurusu

Kurusu Kanata is one of the former members of the dissolved otaku community "Pretty Garden". She is the older sister of Kanako, and the original author of Ruri's favorite anime series Maschera. Her nickname is Ganma Yamanashi. (Source: Oreimo Wikia)
