Ryun is a second-year high school student feeling suffocated by life and uncertain about her future. She has bad grades, lacks any special talents or noteworthy skills (outside of cooking, which Ryun views as mostly worthless), and is generally unmotivated in her daily life. Ryun views herself as especially drab compared to her childhood best friend Min, whose talents and popularity in school continuously irks her. Her continuously listless life is upended when she is pressured by Min’s sister Mina to join the unofficial and enigmatic Mystery Club with her.
