Shishou is a former traveler who traveled the world several years ago before settling down in a forest near the Land of Adults. She is considered both scoundrel and savior as she is hailed a hero in some countries and a wanted fugitive in others. She's very adept in military skills comparable to that of a seasoned tactical officer as well as extensible knowledge in situational survival, gun skills, and bartering. She's depicted as a leader and mentor. Her companion, Aibou, defers to her for decisions, and she skillfully mentors [Kino](https://anilist.co/character/87/Kino) in the usage of firearms. It is implied that she is also afraid of ghosts.

Shishou, in her old age, is noted to seem fragile. Despite this, she stands with excellent posture, with her gray hair tied back. At her forest home, she is dressed in a light green cardigan over slim pants and a white shirt. She also wields a persuader. In her youth, she had long black hair and wore elegant looking clothes.
