Dr. Mashirito

Dr. Mashirito is the main antagonist of the Dr. Slump franchise and the arch-rival of Senbei Norimaki.

His main goal is to conquer the world and surpass Arale's power. In order to get that, he will create many robots named Caramelmen or even make modifications to himself to earn destructive power.

He is extremely evil, agressive and rude. He stops at nothing to attain his goal, despite many failures.

While Dr. Mashirito's plans consistently end in failure, one should not underestimate him, as his intelligence is on par with, or perhaps even surpasses, that of Senbei.

He is the creator of Obotchaman.
