The manager of the dorm, the head of the Do-It-All Club (in the anime), and best friend of both Sora and Sunao since they were children. Matsuri is a very upbeat person who loves coming up with plans and teasing his friends. Most of his plans usually revolve around getting Sora and Sunao together or making money. Sora and Sunao rarely like any of Matsuri's ideas, but they go along with them. He always carries a photo camera and takes snapshots for fun. Matsuri has long blond hair and green eyes.
