Kamitsure is the Gym Leader of Raimon City's Gym. She specializes in Electric-type Pokémon and gives the Bolt Badge to Trainers who defeat her.
In the games, Kamitsure uses two Emonga and a Zebstrika. In the anime, she uses a Zebraika, Emonga, and Shibishirasu.
