In Tekken: Blood Vengeance, Lee is a teacher at the school Shin goes to. He owns a gigantic mansion nearby and shelters Xiaoyu and Alisa when they're being pursued by the G Corporation. His catchphrase is "Excellent", usually delivered with a thumbs up.
