Tiser is one of Vamp’s monsters. He is somewhat 'slow' and often sits with a blank expression on his face and his mouth wide open. Tiser doesn’t really speak; instead he tends to yell out random – often food-related – words. During the new moon, he turns into an attractive young man with an IQ of 200.
