He meets [Eon Green](https://anilist.co/character/3974/Eon-Green) in the MSCF, Mass Security Containment Facility, in south district 17 of 9JO, where he has been dispatched. His weapon is similar to the Gravitational Beam Emitter in Blame!. He rides a 4000XLA Toha Industries Motorcycle.
