Takatoshi Hanadate

Hanadate is a lieutenant who helped the Ministry of Spirit Affairs on their first mission when their client demanded a compensation for the mess they made, as a compensation Hanadate gave the client a piece of military land and reimbursed any construction costs that have been incurred. After the event Zakuro thought Hanadate was cool, Zakuro is working to make a good impression of herself and during the black widow mission Hanadate danced with Zakuro. During the black widow mission Hanadate approached a woman who appeared to be suspicious, but got captured and was saved by Bonbori and Hozuki. Later Hanadate gave the Ministry of Spirit Affairs a bunch of cookies as a present.
