Kingdew

Kingdew is the commander of the 11th division of the Whitebeard Pirates. He is a large tanned man with short blonde hair and hollowed-out cheeks. He wears a pair of long, armored blue gauntlets. He also wears a brown cape that he seems to have pierced to his shoulders, and striped pants tucked inside simple boots, with a sash around his waist. On the right side of his chest there is a large, elaborate tattoo, which seems to incorporate Whitebeard's iconic mustache in it.
