Kiyo

Nicholai (Japanese: キヨ Kiyo) is a Pokémon Trainer in Hoenn who is obsessed with short pants and cosplaying as Pokémon. Nicholai likes to wear Pokemon costumes he believes that his costumes allows him to know what a Pokémon feels. In addition, the costumes helped him blend in with wild Pokémon.
