Akira Oogami

A vampire who makes his living as a taxidriver. He is unable to drink anything other than virgin blood and usually eats the same food as humans. He can also drain a human's vitality through his hands, and a small amount will cause a person to lose consciousness, while a large amount will leave him or her incapacitated.
