Born to a long-standing family of couriers, Charolles is a beastwoman that is travelling the ruined world in search of a single book. She has a mature and at times playful personality, but maintains a cool and calm composure in front of strangers.
After meeting Keisuke and Nito she becomes quite fond of the latter as a younger sister figure, but keeps slightly more distance from Keisuke. Despite this she casually teases him on occasion and finds his unshakeable friendship with Nito endearing, eventually coming to see him as a friend as well.
