Kou is a talking snake who can turn into a sword. He has learned many words from Rakan's electronic dictionary. However, the way he uses these new words is a bit odd due to some confusing conversations with Chigusa. While he can turn into a sword, he cannot cut other snakes. He is highly poisonous and knows a lot about different poisons, plants, and medicines.
