Teo is a cat from Granier Village who impulsively becomes a peddler after being rejected by the cat he had a crush on. Right after becoming a peddler, he was scammed by another peddler who sold him "special" products and gave him a map that showed the new Seed Store member's location. This led him to the 99th Floor where he met Park Se-Jun and signed a contract with him as business partners to sell the crops to other hunters.

Teo is gullible and he also has lucky paws that itch if he's near a special item.
