Riken is one of the three Second Lieutenants assigned in the Ministry of Spirit Affairs. He is paired with Susukihotaru. He is a gentleman and a man of very few words. He is strong and has a well built body, which made Susukihotaru scared of him, but he does his best to make sure she doesn't feel that way anymore.
