A vehicle-type Mecha-Ude that can turn into a giant motorcycle who is derized to Imada. Motor Joe belongs to a department called the White Ravens and their policy is to build up trust with Mecha-Udes, so he is not being controlled by a Shackle. He tries to act tough, but he's actually quite meek and cowardly.
