One of Norma's subordinates. Despite claiming to be "a good Christian who goes to church and says these dumb prayers", he is a wicked, sadistic rapist who believes might makes right and was the main tormentor and kidnapper of beastwomen used for hunting shows. Following his meeting with Butler, he is transformed into Black Keyman, growing even more arrogant and evil than before.
