Wolf is the main antagonist in the Dogs and Raindrops Arc alongside [Fuyo no Majo](https://anilist.co/character/266670/). He runs a secret website where he provides candy called "drops" that have a stimulant effect to people. Nobody knows what year he's in or his real name.
