She usually use it to locate the target person for her team. Rikou has a potential to become Level 5. ~!According to Academin City's calculation, Rikou's full potential at Lv5 are following:

•Able to lower/rise the level of other espers

•Give any ability at any level to any person

•Remove the ability from any person

•Switch/change other esper abilities!~
