Shibuya HAL (渋谷ハル) is a male Japanese Virtual YouTuber currently part of Neo-Porte, an agency he founded in 2021 alongside [Mafumafu](https://anilist.co/staff/128376/Mafumafu), [Soraru](https://anilist.co/staff/119382/Soraru) and CR Ojiji.
He streams on YouTube and Twitch. He mostly plays PUBG and Apex Legends. He also organises PUBG and Apex Legends competitions for other Virtual YouTubers.
Debuting in 2018 as an independent vtuber, from 31 May 2019, he was affiliated with upd8 until the project's disbandment in 31 December 2020. Between that time and October 2021, he was independent again, until he founded Neo-Porte.
