Tier is one of the main characters of Isekai Nonbiri Nouka series. She is an angel with celestial magical powers and bird-like wings that allow her to fly. She is part of the Angel of Annihilation tribe, specializing in golem magic. Tier visits the forest in search of Loo, her frenemy, and ends up living there with Hiraku and Loo.
