Charo

Charo was first seen taking a picture of a Chaos Devil Dragon that came to Vienna City in a Drop Impact. He met Ace later, and noted that Tamazo was a very rare monster. When Tamazo was captured by the SDF, Charo helped Ace rescue Tamazo.
