Akira Izumi

Akira is still a kid at heart, so he likes to play with toys by himself or have picture books read to him. He'll only respond to things he's interested in and is sometimes a bit mysterious. He really likes Yukiharu because he plays with and looks after him. Akira is also very attached to Tohru, who often takes care of him as well. If you haven't seen him in a while, he's either in Tohru's room or playing with a ball on his own. He was the youngest in the group before Susumu came along, so he picked up a few tricks to instill a protective desire in others without them realizing it. Sly boy!

He's unexpectedly tall, and not very clingy. He'll come to you if he feels like it. Has cute mannerisms and hunts little animals for fun, and likes to play with them in that innocently cruel way that children do. He doesn't care about what others around him think, so he begs for what he wants at school, too. Yukiharu the servant can't turn him down, though, so they spend lunch break together. Susumu looks forward to that a little too. A straight-A student, exceptional at both school and sports, but Akira himself doesn't really care.
