Dekao is Netto's best friend, and favorite sparring partner when it comes to Navi net battles. Dekao's NetNavi is called Gutsman, who seems to fit Dekao's physique perfectly. Dekao is a fairly good net battler, more often using his strength head on rather than strategy. Dekao has a huge crush on his friend Meiru, and often gets jealous when she pays Netto more mind than him.
