She is upbeat, kind, determined, yet stubborn. She tries to help as many people as she can, but has been shown to be quite unforgiving in regards to people who've wronged her or anyone else. She also has a mature side, being rational and level-headed when talking about the reasoning behind her clearly set goals or dreams.

Ely is terrified of ending up just like her mother, so from a very young age she imposed several moral codes upon herself. She strongly believes that "All life comes from the soil" and "All that is borrowed must be returned". However, her mother's actions influenced her subconsciousness so much so that it became her Choujin power.
