Shoukichi Oka

Oka is the manager at Dope Sketch, he appears to genuinely care about the wellbeing of his employees, especially Reki.

He demonstrates that he isn't afraid to be dramatic and tell jokes, such as when he led Reki and Langa to believe that the reason he couldn't deliver a package was due to needing to work to pay off Dope Sketch's debt.
