Rumaty is the second in line to the Raginei throne and one of the candidates to be Kajika's future husband as selected by her father. He is 14 years old. Kajika refers to him as Oriental Blue, because of his unique colored eyes. Episodes 5 and 6: Young Rumaty is voiced by Yuuko Misobe.
