Sisbell is the third princess after Aliceliese and Elletear of the Nebulis Sovereignty. Prior to the start of the anime, Iska and Sisbell knew each other when he freed her from the hands of the Heavenly Empire. After saving her from them, she found out that Iska was treated as a prisoner for being a traitor to the country. She was in disbelief at how he went on his way to treat a princess and stated that Sisbel only had weak astral power and was a little girl. With determination, she set out to find the whereabouts of her fated "dream knight" just to be captured by Lord Mask. Though, in the end of the anime, it was seen that Iska was being fought over by Alice and Sisbell, with Sisbell making a statement that he would be the perfect knight for the next queen.
