Hyui

Hyui of the Wind is the leader of the Goshasei's Wind Army and uses a style which allows him to slice using manipulate wind pressure. In the manga, Hyui faces Raoh immediately after his first appearance and is quickly defeated. Before dying, he tells Raoh that the rest of the Goshasei will come looking for him and Ken. In the TV series, Hyui encounters Kenshiro as well prior to fighting Raoh. He also has a younger brother in the TV series named Shion.
