The older brother of Kenta Yamada. Despite being a police officer, he is a big fan of Kyouko Esumi from when she was a delinquent, and his personality is similar to his brother's. He also has a tendency to gush about heroes, not too unlike how Makoto Ogawa gushes about zombies.
