Ichikawa is the protagonist of the story Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu and a classmate of [Yamada Anna](https://anilist.co/character/174190/Anna-Yamada). He at the beginning of the manga is a gloomy, antisocial, sadistic boy and eager to kill his classmates, but in reality he is a kind boy with an incredibly low self-esteem, reaching the point where he believes that the people feel disgusted with the simple fact of being by his side, but the only person who does not think that of him is Yamada.
