Cocoloo's steward. Chawoo is a ghost who often hides in her shadow, so the other characters do not meet him until well into the series. He is very devoted to Cocoloo and will always defend her. However, being too devoted to Cocoloo, he is often seem exaggerating events to others, even to much of the extent of lying. He speaks with a heavy Kansai dialect. (source :wikipedia)
