Perry Uraga

Leader and vocalist of j-metal music band "Perry Uraga and the lil' hibagonz." The band fell apart at the height of its popularity when Perry committed suicide by overdosing on sleeping pills.

All he wanted was to bring peace to the world, but seeing that his music did not bring peace, but rather nurtured violence in kids, he started to lose his purpose. He completely broke when he saw how his fan, influenced by his music, murdered people.
