Shizuka Tsuruki

Shizuka is the commander and gunner of the 2-man "Centipede Team" crewing a Type 97 Te-Ke light tank.

Shizuka is an eccentric girl who believes to have been born into the wrong time. She expresses great interest in warfare, and is inspired by her cultural heritage in the matter, which seems appropriate given her family descends from the Takeda Clan. Shizuka uses the clan's symbols with pride as she engages in tankathlon very eagerly.

She appears stoic for the most part but her desire for an exciting battle shows through. She has great degree of skill in archery, practicing it even on horseback, and though new to tankathlon, she has displayed a talent for tank battles.
