Though Ratura's parents' estate is wealthy, she does not receive much of an allowance to help keep her financially disciplined, so in secret she works a part-time job. She comes from the country of Firenza. She spends all the money she secretly earns on magical girl goods. She is a magical girl otaku, and she refuses to let her love for magical girls be less than anyone else. At the manga research club, she loves to draw manga. Additionally, because her estate runs a major fashion brand, the clothes she designs often appear in the manga.

She is a member of the unit "Sugar Pockets". She excels at stage performance, and whether it is on stage or during practice lessons, she draws people to her. As a result, she is an effective leader. Though she is good friends with her teammates Champe and Maryberry, her heart longs to make friends with other magical girl otakus she can talk with.
