An honor student in the top 3 of all her classes. Her country of origin is Waleland.

She comes from an aristocratic family, has excellent grades and a cool personality. She is popular amongst her juniors but has a side of her that is less befitting of a noble such as being absentminded, liking to save money and keeping an account book. She has a younger sister called Henrietta, but since they aren't able to meet often she diverts her feelings of loneliness by getting hooked on the cabaret club suggesting she has somewhat of a sister complex.

She belongs to the unit LiGHTs. She is childhood friends with the leader Tiara, so they often compose music together.

She is an excellent student who works as the class representative, but she has a surprising amount of weaknesses which Tiara says are "Rose's cute points".
