Fran is a character introduced in the [Wandering Witch](https://anilist.co/manga/98741/Wandering-Witch-The-Journey-of-Elaina/) series. She is [Elaina](https://anilist.co/character/125736/Elaina)'s master and a witch.

Fran has long black hair, blue eyes, and has a beauty mark underneath her right eye. She wears a midnight-blue hat with a red ribbon coiled around it and a matching color outfit both of which have a stary night pattern in the interior. She also wears beige-colored pants, red earrings, brown boots, and her witch's brooch on her right chest.

She's portrayed as an elated and jocular woman. Compared to the other witches in Robetta, she's shown to be a non-judgemental person.
