Gill Bastar is the main character of the one shot Wanted!. He has an extremely high bounty gained from killing many people in self defense

He is very confident, not being scared to defend himself by killing. He apparently takes pride in his shooting skills, as he boasts that people were one hundred years too early to kill him, and they should come back one hundred years later.
