Fukuzou Moguro

A mysterious, jolly and seemingly supernatural salesman who offers people a chance to "fill the gap in their heart" free of charge. He always presents a specific set of conditions to follow in order for his client's wish to come true and warns them of the consequences that could follow. Over the course of each series, he punishes those that break the rules of their respective agreements - despite his warnings - using his signature "Boom!" ("ドーン!") gesture.
