Ragou

The Black Sun, a legendary mononoke that has lived for over a millennia, renowned for raw power beyond any other: Ragou. Taking the form of an adorable pure black cat, Ragou may seem to not be much, though he very much is. Contained within that ball of fluff is power that exceeds any other mononoke could ever dream of having. Mononoke chase after Ragou to have his power or to join forces with him, though he wants no part of it. After being randomly set free from a sealing stone, Ragou ran away and ended up being found by Jirou Azuma. Jirou noticed an injured Ragou and took him in, with the two later fusing together to save Jirou's life.

Though Ragou, with his immense power, may seem like he'd love to use it and would rule over others, that is not the case. In general, he'd just like to live on his own without anyone wanting to use him for his power. Upon meeting Jirou, Ragou begins to rethink his mindset and opens up to people more, no longer preferring isolation. With Jirou, the two make snarky remarks back and forth, but at the end of the day, they care for each other.
